Description
To provide exceptional onsite customer service to residents in an innovative serviced residential development in the Reading town centre.


The role entails dealing with everyday queries, lettings administration, property management, compliance and marketing as well being the first point of contact from the point of viewing to the point of move in.


Responsibilities:


  • Ensuring communal areas and available apartments are well presented and appealing to prospective tenants at all time
  • Reporting building issues to the relevant member of the team
  • Clear communication of important information
  • Responding to rental enquiries, booking in, conducting viewings, and agreeing offers
  • Completing all applicant vetting
  • Processing offers and completing all tenancy documentation
  • Provide first class customer service to residents
  • Organising and running tenant services via third parties and in house
  • Ensuring up to date resident communication via various channels including social media
  • Creating a community feel through communication, events, and innovations
  • To act as first point of call for residents to report maintenance issues or other requests
  • Coordinating all contractor appointments and defect warranty repairs, logging issues in order that required service levels are attained
  • Carrying out regular inspections of communal areas and apartments
  • Organising minor works between tenancies to maintain first class presentation of apartments
  • Completing check in and check out reports, determining deposit returns

Requirements:


  • Strong customer service background

  • Ability to think on your feet and make considered decisions
  • Outgoing, warm and friendly personality
  • Organised, meticulous, tenacious
  • Excellent written and spoken etiquette
  • IT literate and Social media savvy
  • Strong financial management skills
Desired but not compulsory

  • Property management / lettings experience
  • Front of house experience for example in a Hotel / fastpaced environment

Please note

  • Shift pattern is 5 days over the 7 day week (therefore you may be required to work Saturday or Sunday)
  • Hours could be 8am5pm or 11am8pm
