    The Opportunity:


    We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Lead Integration Developer with a strong track record of leading integration projects and collaborating across a diverse array of business functions.

    We are seeking someone who can offer deep technical expertise, combined with excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to manage teams and multiple projects.

    As Lead Integration Developer you will have responsibility for managing teams, driving product ownership and handling application support and development.

    You will interact and work closely with internal stakeholders in departments such as Sales & Marketing, Finance, and IT leadership throughout the full life cycle and integration of products.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers and analysts to promote growth, productivity, and collaboration.
    Manage and oversee productivity for all team tasks to ensure timely delivery and quality of work.
    Drive integration product ownership, ensuring alignment with business needs and technical feasibility.

    Oversee the full life cycle of all our integration products, from inception to retirement, guaranteeing they meet quality and performance standards.

    Ensuring applications are developed efficiently, supported post-implementation, and continuously analysed for improvements.
    Collaborate with BAs, Scrum Masters, and SDMs to design robust, scalable, and efficient applications.
    Responsible for managing all purchase orders for contractors and invoicing/obtaining receipts.
    Documenting all projects efficiently for future reference and compliance.

    Liaising regularly with Sales & Marketing, Finance, and IT leaders, ensuring their needs are met and fostering a collaborative environment.

    Adhering to and promoting Agile and DevOps methodologies, contribute to Change Advisory Boards (CAB), support impact and technology assessments, and assist with testing and product improvement efforts.

    Plan effectively with all IT groups to ensure alignment and execution of company-wide initiatives.


    RequirementsKnowledge, Skills & Behaviours:
    Proven experience in integration development and management.

    Experience with development and design with the following technologies:
    C#, .NET.

    Visual Studio, Visual Code, Framework, .NET Core, .NET Web APIs, ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, Salesforce, APEX.Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to work with diverse internal stakeholders ranging from technical teams to top-level executives.

    Proactive problem-solving capabilities and excellent time-management skills.
    Ability to manage multiple tasks and work towards long-term goals.
    Experience with Cloud Platforms such as MS Azure.
    Experience using Salesforce, Pardot, ADvendio and Workday.

    Experience using a database such as:
