We are working with a top tier Irish Law firm who are recruiting a Corporate M&A Associate to join their London office.

This is a rare opportunity for an ambitious Corporate Associate to move to London, with the option of working in the Dublin office too.

This role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to work on some of the largest Irish Corporate transactions on the market, for a diverse range of leading corporate clients.

Our client's Corporate team advise their clients across a wide range of Corporate legal matters such as public and private M&A, shareholders agreements, investment transactions and venture capital.

The firm are renowned for encouraging and promoting their junior solicitors and associates from the outset of their careers, so this opportunity is ideal for an Associate with ambitions to springboard forward in their legal career in London and/or Dublin.
