Pay Range:
Leadership Pay Scale L- L12
Actual Salary from:
£52,659 - £58,105
Start Date: 1st September 2023
The Role
We are seeking to appoint a Senior Progress Leader to support our Pastoral Teams and Students' Wellbeing.
The position will suit you if you have recent comprehensive experience of leadership at senior leader level or a post of equivalent responsibility within the education sector.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Experience of establishing innovative, creative, responsive and effective approaches to learning and teaching; whilst Implementing effective procedures to safeguard students at all times;
- Substantial and sustained professional development in support of leadership
- Ability to inspire and motivate students and staff whilst providing support to academic progress.
- Ability to create a culture and ethos of challenge and support where all students can achieve success and become engaged in their own learning
- Ability to monitor the progress and wellbeing and attendance of key cohorts of stude
- The communication skills to maintain effective partnerships with all stakeholders in order to support students and to protect their development, health and wellbeing.

- Qualified Teacher Status.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students and staff.
- Flexibility in adapting to changing situations.
- A commitment to continued learning of all members of the community.
