Preferred skills

• 5+ years' experience working as a QA Engineer.
• 3+ Hands on test automation experience using Selenium (POM) and (ideally) C# based frameworks.
• Experience testing native cloud-based solutions and their deployment architecture.
• Proven track record in eliciting test scenarios from user stories and designing tests to provide comprehensive test coverage.
• Knowledge of CI/CD practices, familiar with Azure Devops.
• Experience in extracting test scenarios, devising test cases and automating these using a range of techniques.
• Experience in analyzing and understanding quality risk and translating this to appropriate test coverage.
• Strong conceptual knowledge of frontend/backend automation frameworks.
• Proficiency on SQA process, QA methodology, and SDLC.
• Strong Agile practitioner experience.
• Mentoring and training team members.
• Previous experience in multicultural environments, within distributed teams.

Good to have

• Experience with Specflow BDD test automation framework.
• Experience testing native cloud-based solutions and their deployment architecture.
• Good SQL database interrogation and manipulation skills.
• Experience building automated test frameworks.
• Understanding of Container and Container Orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker / Kubernetes).
• BS/BA degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering, or related discipline.
• Software testing certification e.g., ISTQB or equivalent.
