- 5+ years' experience working as a QA Engineer.
- 3+ Hands on test automation experience using Selenium (POM) and (ideally) C# based frameworks.
- Experience testing native cloud-based solutions and their deployment architecture.
- Proven track record in eliciting test scenarios from user stories and designing tests to provide comprehensive test coverage.
- Knowledge of CI/CD practices, familiar with Azure Devops.
- Experience in extracting test scenarios, devising test cases and automating these using a range of techniques.
- Experience in analyzing and understanding quality risk and translating this to appropriate test coverage.
- Strong conceptual knowledge of frontend/backend automation frameworks.
- Proficiency on SQA process, QA methodology, and SDLC.
- Strong Agile practitioner experience.
- Mentoring and training team members.
- Previous experience in multicultural environments, within distributed teams.
- Experience with Specflow BDD test automation framework.
- Experience testing native cloud-based solutions and their deployment architecture.
- Good SQL database interrogation and manipulation skills.
- Experience building automated test frameworks.
- Understanding of Container and Container Orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker / Kubernetes).
- BS/BA degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering, or related discipline.
- Software testing certification e.g., ISTQB or equivalent.
- An ambitious team player who strives for technical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Your key skill will be extraction of test scenarios and subsequent design and implementation of automated testing complemented with manual testing where appropriate.
- Promote and implement improvements over bespoke automation frameworks.
- Worked with multiple cloud technologies and adaptable to designing web and backend automation using various toolsets.
- Possess ability to balance test coverage with time limitations to manage and communicate any perceived risk with business stakeholders in a professional manner.
- You will have a drive for continuous improvement both as part of a team and individually, looking to lead the initiative to enhance test practices and drive quality.
- You will be passionate about quality and take ownership of the quality of our product in all aspects.
- You will be able to clearly document test cases so that other team members can easily understand purpose, actions and expected outcomes.
- You will be adaptable in various testing methodologies, & practices, and tools that complement the software quality process.
- You will be a self-starter who finds solutions rather than problems and is easily able to adapt to new technologies.
- You will be used to working in an agile environment and adaptable to changing circumstances in a fast-paced environment.
