HR Advisor - Liverpool City Centre - £15.13ph plus holiday pay. Weekly pay plus benefits


I am currently recruiting for a large charitable organisation, for a temporary
HR Advisor to join their busy team up until the end of March.

Whilst this is a temporary role, there is every chance this could lead to an extension or even a permanent post.


Based in Liverpool city centre, although a hybrid role, you will be working within a busy team mainly to focus on employee relation caseloads such as absence management etc.

Your role will consist of but not be limited to

  • Supporting department managers with general HR related meetings.
  • Giving advice and support on adhoc cases.
  • Coordinate meetings and advise on processes.
  • Keep up to date details, tracking of all meetings and engagements.
  • Familiarise yourself with all policy and procedures relevant within your role for the charity.
  • Attend departmental and other relevant meetings.
  • Attend on site meetings with staff.
  • All other tasks relevant to this post.
We are ideally looking for an experience HR Advisor who has prior experience in all of the above. You will have a strong knowledge in overall employee relations, absence management, disciplinaries, supporting management.


You will have excellent IT skills, be fully proficient in all MS Office, and excellent written and spoken communication skills.

Ideally you will have experience of dealing with trade unions, but this isn't essential.

You will also ideally be educated to CIPD level 5, but again not essential.

Working Monday to Friday - 9am

  • 5pm
Hourly rate - £15.13ph - plus holiday pay.

This role is hybrid working.
