Salary:
£27,227 - £29,551 pro rata (dependent on experience)


An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Engagement Officer to support the Multiply programme primarily across our Vale of Glamorgan campuses but with expectation to cover at our City Centre campuses as and when required.

The Multiply programme focuses on supporting adult learners (19 years+) with their numeracy skills for work or everyday life.

The Engagement Officer will enhance the provision by supporting:

  • The recruitment and retention of learners,
  • Wider community engagement of the programme at events/workshops.
  • Development of partnership working to increase to curriculum offer.
  • The progression of learners to further courses (part time /full time)
  • The marketing and promotion of 'multiply' opportunities across the organisation.


You will have experience of working with young people and adult learners who are at risk of becoming disengaged from education, training or employment or are seeking second chances in education.

Additionally, you will demonstrate experience of working cross-organisation and with external partners agencies. You will have a sound educational background and a learning coach or youth/community work background would also be advantageous.
