Leasehold Adviser

As the Leasehold Enquiries Officer, it will be for you to manage the Right to Buy (RTB) scheme, leasehold alterations, lease extensions, enfranchisements, ad hoc sales, party wall matters and other requests/changes requiring landlord's permission and payment of a premium.

To ensure statutory regulations and the Council's decision-making process and contract regulations as set out in the Constitution are applied and adhered to.
