On Call Rota (On call payment + 8hours pay)

The UK's premier Facilities Management (FM) provider are now looking for a Multi Skilled Plumber to work on a full time, permanent basis at our site in Luton.

Duties:

To carry out planned and reactive maintenance throughout the site.
Responsibility for other types of building services maintenance to include Emergency Light Tests, Filter Changes in AHUs and a variety of fabric and mechanical related tasks.
To provide callout response for the client as detailed on the callout rota.
To undertake contractor control duties on behalf of the client, including monitoring of contractors and their workmanship, so that relevant standards are met.
Ensure that all equipment within scope operates to specified performance criteria

What we need from you:

Plumbing qualifications, maintenance experience ideally within an FM environment
