Some of your daily activities Setting out Creation of and support in the creation of ITPs, check sheets and RAMS Managing parts of construction projects Overseeing building work and undertaking site surveys Liaising with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff Providing technical advice and solving problems on site Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork Liaising with quantity surveyors about the ordering and negotiating the price of materials Ensuring that health and safety and sustainability policies and legislation are adhered to Developing CAD/ design drawings for the clients and asset owners Skills or experience you will need to succeed in this role Engineering related degree or equivalent CSCS card Commercial and programme awareness Good team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent attention to detail Problem solving Management skills Punctual Seeks continues improvement Willingness to learnADZN1_UKTJ
