Our Rugby site are now recruiting for a Compliance Coordinator on a full time basis.Salary:
£29,117 per annum
Working hours:
Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:00
The purpose of a Compliance Coordinator is to ensure that all company and customer's required standards are maintained and monitored, in line with the companies systems, policies and procedures.
Key Duties of a Compliance Coordinator:
- Ensure all training records and safety documentation are maintained accuratlely, and in line with legislative and company requirements.
- Develop a Site Safety Management Plan (SMP), to ensure a consistent safe working environment for all company employees, contractors and site visitors.
- Regularly audit the SMP for compliance, and update accordingly to ensure the alignment of all legislative and company requirements are adhered to.
- Assist in the coordination and implementation of training and processes which relate to Health & Safety and Food Safety (BRGCS) programs for the site.
- Participate and assist the site management team in the investigation of incidents to determine the root cause, and corrective actions where necessary.
- Ensure all site inspections are completed in full, and on time.
- Ensure all site safety boards and communication zones, including, but not limited to: Health & Safety Policy, Insurance Certification, Site Health & Safety minutes, Site Rules, location of First Aid are all maintained and current at all times.
- Prepare for, and participate in audits such as BRCGS, MHRA and safety audits.
- Communicate, coach and assist the site staff to ensure that all safety expectations are understood and met.
- Ensure that a high standard of training, BRCGS compliance and Health & Safety is adhered within the working environment.
- Ensuring site maintenance is completed in a timely manner and is prioritised so that it does not compromise safety and hygiene standards.
- Prepare, facilitate and arrange site meetings relative to training, compliance audits and safety.
Qualifications
- Attention to detail/accuracy.
- Computer Literate in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work as part of a team, or independantly
- Conscientious and reliable
- Flexible attitude
- Strong, concise and effective communicator at all levels.
- The ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
- Effectively prioritise workload in order to meet set deadlines.
- Have a good working knowledge with Warehouse/Logistics operations.
- Be proactive and able to make decisions.
- Interact and communicate across multifunctional depots/departments.
