    Description
    My Client is a leading healthcare provider committed to delivering high-quality patient-centered care. The clinic is renowned for its friendly atmosphere, professional staff, and comprehensive range of medical services.

    The Practice Nurse will play a crucial role in providing excellent nursing care to patients.

    Working closely with the team of healthcare professionals, the Practice Nurse will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the health and well-being of individuals within the community.

    Conducting patient assessments and delivering nursing care following best practices and clinical guidelines.
    Assisting with chronic disease management, including diabetes, hypertension, and asthma.
    Administering vaccinations and immunizations as per schedule and guidelines.
    Performing wound care, dressings, and minor surgical procedures.
    Providing health education and support to patients on various topics, including lifestyle modifications, medication management, and preventive healthcare.
    Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
    Registered Nurse qualification with valid NMC registration.
    Proven experience working as a Practice Nurse in a primary care setting.
    Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing best practices.
    Dedication to providing compassionate patient-centered care.
