Carriera is representing a successful boutique consultancy in their search for a senior/associate building surveyor to lead a significant new initiative.

Established in 2010 by two entrepreneurial directors, our client offers a comprehensive range of services in building surveying and project management. They work with prestigious clients such as Funds, Institutions, Leisure Providers, Blue Chip Companies, Housing Associations, London Boroughs, and Contractors.

With a team of 18 professionals, the consultancy operates from three offices located in London and the South West. Due to a new initiative with a private client, they are expanding their services in the North-West.

This role involves providing expert advice on private residential dwellings, listed buildings, and new builds, with project values ranging from a few hundred thousand to £5 million.

Responsibilities include client interaction, feasibility reports, homebuyer's reports, contract administration using JCT minor works, and project management.

We seek a chartered building surveyor with a minimum of 3 years PQE, experienced in both project and professional services. You should have the drive to cultivate relationships and contribute to business growth. Previous team management experience is essential, as you'll assist in developing the North-West division.
