Your role

Do you love events and gatherings? Have an eye for detail and enjoy organizing things? We're looking for a junior campus events specialist to help us promote UBS as an employer in the UK, with a strong focus on different types of campus events.
You'll:
plan, organize and execute impactful campus events towards students and apprentices in the UK (virtual and face-to-face)

- maintain good relationships with universities, career services centers and student clubs
- work with business stakeholders and recruiters to identify the right speakers and coordinate logistics
- keep track of upcoming events and what's required, including cost, marketing assets, catering etc
- jump on other tasks wherever you're needed

Your team

You'll be part of the Campus Talent Attraction team based in London, part of a wider team with colleagues all over the world. You'll play a role in positioning UBS among diverse, top students to proactively attract, recruit and hire the next generation of employees to drive the success and growth of our firm.

Your expertise

You have:
1-3 years of experience in either campus marketing, events, university relations or recruiting

- strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- excellent communication skills and a solution-oriented working style
- fluent in English
- a Bachelor's degree or equivalent
