We are a facilities management company based in Chester.

We supply cleaning, caretaking and site management as well as maintenance services to both the private and public sector clients across the North-West.

We are now looking for 2 x caretakers for the opening and closing of our toilets in Northwich town centre.

The shift will be 4 on and 4 off and the times of the cleans are as follows:

WANTED FOR 2 DAYS A WEEK PERMANENT ROLE

WOULD SUIT A RETIRED PERSON CAN IT WILL REQUIRE A CAR WHICH WE PAY MILEAGE FOR.

Monday to Sunday:
6am.7am open up toilets,

Northwich toilets clean

close and clean within park and lock gates

Hourly pay rate are £11.44 per hour and the contract is for 52 weeks per year.

The suitable applicant will have previous cleaning experience.

Previous experience is desired for this role and a good attention to detail.

A driver is preferred for this position.
