Basic salary of £25,000 with £3k annual bonus

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain client relationships
  • Identify and resolve customer issues promptly
  • Swiftly and precisely inputting received orders into our system
  • Provide exceptional customer service to maintain and strengthen customer relationships
  • Support the sales team by processing orders and tracking deliveries
  • Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues promptly
  • Update and maintain customer databases
  • Generate sales reports as required
  • Liaise with the sales team to support the development of sales strategies
  • Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies

The Successful Applicant:


A successful should have:

  • A strong commitment to customer service excellence
  • Experience in a customer service role within the manufacturing industry
  • Previous sales experience in upselling, business development or prospecting
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team
  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints
  • Knowledge of the industrial / manufacturing sector
