Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, following established service standards and presentation guidelines.

Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain smooth service flow during busy periods.

Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card transactions and reconciling checks at the end of each shift.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines, alcohol service regulations, and customer service standards. Previous experience in a similar role in a restaurant, café, or hospitality setting is preferred.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the demands of the business.
Basic knowledge of food and beverage offerings and willingness to learn and expand knowledge as needed.
