Contract Scotland has a fantastic opportunity for an empathetic, customer focussed individual to join our client as a Homecare Technician.

This is a full time 3month temporary contract.

The hours of work are Monday to Sunday, rotating shifts on a 4-week rota basis, 11am to 8pm. Some overtime may be available and additional, enhanced payment will be made for this.

A company vehicle, PDA, uniform and full training will be provided.

You will be working as part of a team delivering Oxygen to NHS patients at home.

This is an important role where your duties will include:

Delivering, installing and removing Oxygen Products for our client within the Forth Valley area.
Ensuring deliveries match requirements on patients prescriptions.
Working with local Depot Manager & Field Service Managers to achieve delivery of service.
Liaising with the planning department to manage schedule
Ensuring compliance with contractual KPI's
Treating patients with respect and empathy, delivering a quality service at all times
Working safely, following all procedures & operating instructions
Following all statutory compliance & governance procedures
Inputting accurate data on to a mobile PDA device


Due to the nature of this position you must have a full clean driving licence and will need to complete an enhanced disclosure.

You must have excellent communication skills and will be comfortable dealing with vulnerable people.
