Location:
Remote (only within the UK)
As Customer Engagement Manager you will be supporting our new revenue growth by building relationships with prospects, qualifying and matching customer requirements to our solutions and progressing deals through the sales funnel.
Networking and proactive outreach to our prospective customers to introduce the companyBuilding relationships with prospects, qualifying and matching customer requirements to potential solutions
Working with prospects and our sales leader to shape the solution and support the buying process
Working with the Customer Success team to ensure an effective handover and onboarding experience for new customers
Account Management, Customer Success or Sales roles working with B2B Enterprise customers
Experience or understanding of the HR/Talent/Compensation space
Managing and progressing a pipeline of opportunities and building relationships with prospects and customers
Customer relationship management (CRM) software and analytics tools
Be highly organised and responsive with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Have a natural curiosity to delve deep into the customer needs, to learn about company's technology and the market we're in.
