InterQuest are leading the search for an exciting new mandate for on of our growing retail banking clients. Our client is seeking a Compliance Manager to join the bank on a permanent basis either in Kent or in the Midlands.

The role would join a high performing compliance team and would support the bank with topics such as consumer duty, business modernisation and providing regulatory advice to the business.

This position would operate on a hybrid working model with circa 2-3 days in the officer per week.

Responsibilities would include

Highlighting any regulatory/conduct risk concerns to stakeholders/wider business

Acting as point of contact for the Compliance function on key business/regulatory projects , including attendance at Steering Committee's.

Ensuring customer outcomes are at the heart of decision making

To be considered you would need

Compliance advisory experience within retail lending

Strong conduct risk background with an in depth knowledge of the FCA handbook.

Knowledge of consumer duty/regulatory principles

This role would offer up to £75k per annum with excellent benefits.
