Are you an experienced Administrator who enjoys organising and communicating with people?

Can you commit to a 12-week temporary contract?


Our client, an award winning and leading employer in their field, is looking for an experienced Recruitment Administrator to join their busy in-house recruitment team on a temporary basis ASAP for a period of 12 weeks.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 37.5 per week and they offer flexi hours between 8am - 6pm.

Hybrid working is on offer once you have settled into the role, with 2 days a week in the office and the rest of the week at home


Main duties:

  • Ensure all recruitment activities are accurately updated on the Applicant Tracking System, and other systems/packages as needed


This role will enable you to make use of your solid administration experience and excellent attention to detail, as well as excellent organisational and fantastic communication skills.

This role does require a confident worker who is able to work autonomously whilst being proactive and using their own initiative.

Previous Recruitment experience is highly preferable. However, you will receive support and training from the Manager and team.
