Administrative Officer (TST-2) - CARDIFF Deployable

Salary:
£11.60 per hour


Duration:

This will be an ongoing temporary role with potential to move to a Fixed Term Contract of 12 to 18 months, dependent upon performance.

To start once security clearance is obtained.

Hours:
Full time, Mon - Fri, 9:00am - 5:00 pm
A DYNAMIC AND EXCITING ROLE FOR ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICERS THAT LOVE A CHALLENGE WORKING ON VARIOUS PROJECTS, ENJOY TRAVELLING WITH THE OPPORTUNITY TO STAY IN ALL EXPENSES PAID HOTELS IN THE UK AND OR WORKING IN LOCAL OFFICES OR HYBRID WHEN REQUIRED
**Please note this is a DEPLOYABLE role, which means you will sometimes be required to work in various locations on different campaigns for extended periods of time or for the full duration of the campaign. The deployments are Sunday to Friday and All expenses will paid, hotel food and travel with Sunday travel time paid at overtime. Or you could be working from your local office on a Hybrid basis for the duration of the campaign OR working from home. It depends on the campaign and this will change as it will be a mixture of the above.

Job Description:


Working collaboratively and positively with stakeholders, both internal and external, providing operational support to the team and accurately maintaining relevant computer system records of workstreams.

Duties will cover a range of tasks from screening interviews and crisis support on location, to casework and data processing at office locations.

Demonstrate sensitivity, emotional resilience and understanding of the needs of vulnerable people


Security Clearance:

Due to the sensitive nature of the work, we will need to apply, on your behalf, for security clearance and you will need to meet the following requirements:
Resided in the UK for the last 3 years
Have a *current
  • British Passport or settlement status
NI Number
2 x proof of addresses (all in UK)
5 years full history with no gaps of more than 1 month
3 years solid reference with no gaps of more than 1 month

If placed into a role you will undergo extensive training and the expectation is that you will stay in that role for the duration of the assignment, or a minimum of 4 months, before we can reassign you into a different business area.

If you feel the role upon offer is not suitable you will need to discuss this prior to undergoing training.
