    Veterinary Surgeon - Middlesex


    • 4-day week enjoy long weekends off, 1:5 weekends and no on call.

    • Purovets are looking for a Veterinary Surgeon to join our fantastic proudly independent client who have surgeries situated in the Middlesex area. This role will be working between our clients 3 surgeries and you will have the opportunity to work in their main hospital branch as part of a dynamic team and take on some sole charge responsibilities in their two branch surgeries, ensuring you get to experience a wide variety of cases.

    The practice offers a friendly and supportive working environment with all modern equipment for working up cases - ECG, digital x-ray, ultrasound, ldexx lab suite, doppler blood pressure monitor, Tonometer etc.

    Our client has been part of the local community for many years, and they have been fortunate to have loyal, long-term clients and staff.

    You will be joining a team of 8 experienced vets, some with different interests, and supported by a dedicated group of skilled veterinary nurses, enthusiastic student veterinary nurses, and fantastic support staff.

    Our client is looking for a vet with a minimum of 1 years UK experience in practice, someone who is comfortable with the fundamentals in surgery and medicine but looking for support complex cases or someone who is capable of independently managing cases while enjoying collaborative knowledge sharing within the team.

    You will be a good team player keen to learn and progress, have a good sense of humour and have a real love for animals.

    The main hospital is situated in a vibrant town on the western outskirts of London, it combines suburban tranquillity with the convenience of city living.

    The Rota:

    • Permanent/Full time
    • 4 days per week with a share of long weekends off
    • 1:5 weekend / Saturday Rota
    • Driving license is essential
    1500 CPD allowance
