The ONE Group are delighted to be partnering with well-established not for profit organisation based in Peterborough.

Due to internal progression in the team, they are now looking to appoint a part qualified and commercially aware Management Accountant whois looking to progress and join them as a Finance Business Partner.

In this hands on and varied role where your main objective will be to provide accurate and insightful analysis around the income and operations function to senior management.

You will also be a key point of contact for a number of senior stakeholders acrossthe organisation.

Day to day duties will include:

  • Providing key stakeholders with accurate financial information and supporting them with decision making.
  • Overseeing budgeting and forecasting processes, including P&L, cashflow and balance sheets.
  • Overseeing weekly and monthly management accounts with detailed variance analysis.
  • Leading weekly review meetings to discuss and challenge performance with managers.
  • Identifying areas of process improvement and presenting new ideas to improve them.
To be successful for the role, you should be actively studying or either be a part qualified accountant.

This position is fully remote, with the occasional travel for meetings at your own expense.
The salary for the role is paying up to £45,000 per annum.
