Job Details:
Wages/Site Administrator, 25 hours per week Part time / Permanent
Monday - Friday,
Job Purpose:
The Wages Administrator role is responsible for assisting the Commercial team with administration tasks to enable the efficient running of sites.
Based Monday to Friday in our Leicester Office with responsibility to input wages and liaise with Site Managers, Commercial and project teams to ensure accurate and efficient payment to colleagues.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Inputting wages
- Liaising with Site Managers, Commercial and finance teams
- General Administration tasks will include but may not be limited to:
- Ensure completion of new starter forms / Contracts and check Right to work documents
- Filing / tracking documentation
- Acts in accordance with the Measom values and as a role model for other company staff
- Makes recommendations to improve processes, procedures and productivity
Qualifications and Skills:
Qualifications:
GCSE English and Maths; Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook.
Experience:
Previous experience in data entry and administration would be an advantage
