    About Us:

    We are a small, dynamic team dedicated to developing DemandFlow, an innovative application designed to streamline and enhance demand management and planning processes in the Telecom and IT industries. We are passionate about leveraging technology to solve real-world problems and create impactful solutions for our clients. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented JavaScript Developer to join our team and contribute to our exciting projects. While most of the work is remote based we are looking for developers based in the UK and will not accept applications from applicants in remote countries.

    Job Description:

    We are seeking a skilled and motivated JavaScript Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining front-end and back-end components of our DemandFlow application. You will work closely with other team members to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet our product requirements.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain web applications using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
    • Write clean, efficient, and scalable code for both front-end and back-end components.
    • Integrate third-party APIs and services as needed.
    • Optimise applications for maximum speed and scalability.
    • Troubleshoot and debug issues to improve performance and reliability.
    • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience as a JavaScript Developer.
    • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including ES6+ features.
    • Experience with vanilla Javascript in front end applications.
    • Experience with writing Javascript for backend Node applications.
    • Familiarity with database systems (DynamoDb, PostgreSQL) are a bonus.
    • Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
    • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
    • Ability to work effectively in a small team environment.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Familiarity with writing AWS Lambda functions and associated AWS services.
    • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
