Senior IT Analyst

Salary - £30,000 - £35,000

Location - Worcestershire

As the Senior IT Analyst you will be required to:

  • Manage Incidents through to resolution.
  • Manage Helpdesk priorities
  • Maintain IT Infrastructure and network security across sites
  • Manage desktops, servers, and infrastructure
  • Administer and manage telephony systems (fixed line, data and mobile)
  • Provide technical support, resolve complex issues, and provide solutions
  • Be involved with Project planning, implementation, and support.
  • Liaise with specialist organisations.
The Senior IT Analyst should have the following skills or experience:

  • A minimum of 5 year's experience in IT or IT Help-desk environment
  • Strong 2nd line support experience (exposure to 3rd line would be an advantage)
  • Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, MS Teams
  • Hyper V or VMware Admin
  • Experience of Active Directory/Group policy/Exchange/SharePoint
  • Support and troubleshooting of laptop/desktop devices
  • Experience in an ITIL environment
  • Excellent communication skills
