    Creative Support is a not-for-profit organisation which provides high quality, person-centred support to older people and people with a learning disability, physical disabilities, mental health needs and dementia.

    The support we offer is tailored to the individual client's needs and preferences and promotes wellbeing, choice and community engagement.

    We are seeking a warm, compassionate and proactive leader to oversee the operational management and quality of one of our Extra Care services.

    You will ensure an empowering service which meets the needs of our clients and work with the housing provider and service user's families and friends to promote a positive and inclusive atmosphere within the service.

    You must be flexible, energetic and reliable with a well-organised approach to staff deployment and service delivery.

    You must have significant practitioner or management experience in relevant health or social care service provision alongside a warm, person-centered and respectful approach.

    An understanding of CQC quality requirements and care standards is essential. Creative Support is an Investor in People and we are committed to your continuous professional development. You will have the opportunity to meet your training and development needs with accredited training.

    You will be joining a very well-motivated regional team of senior managers who work together and support each other to provide excellent services in various boroughs of London.
