    Internal Sales Support Person

    Salary & Benefits:

    • £29,100 to £31,000 negotiable, depending on experience
    • Profit sharing scheme

    Company Description:Join the UK's leading electrical distributor and switch on to a bright future My client is the largest electrical distributor in the United Kingdom and serves both to the trade and to the public from over 300 locations in the UK. They are looking for an Internal Sales Support Person to join their team in St Austell. This role offers an exciting opportunity to progress within the business and to be a part of their continued success.

    Role:

    • Supporting the Sales Team by answering telephone enquiries
    • Proactively developing close relationships with customers
    • Processing orders and handling ordering queries
    • Raising quotations and following up
    • General administration duties
    • Picking and packing orders ready for delivery or collection

    Person & Skills Required:

    • This role would suit someone that has experience in the electrical wholesale industry
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • A positive and hardworking attitude with the ability to work under pressure
    • Dynamic with a good sense of humour and a passion for achievement and success
    • Customer service focused approach
    • Attention to detail and organised
    • Team player in a small team
    • This role will require a hard-working and likeable individual, who will grow relationships and offer exceptional levels of customer service to their diverse customer base

    Hours: 7:30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday & 8:00am to 12:00pm Saturday rota (paid overtime)
