The Senior Accounts Payable Officer will work alongside the AP Supervisor to ensure month end tasks are complete in a timely manner.

This manufacturing and production business are based in Kempston and have recently moved to lovely brand new offices.

Description

Senior Accounts Payable Officer's duties:

  • Process stock invoices
  • Resolve supplier queries
  • Reconciliation of supplier statements and ledgers
  • New supplier account set up
  • Maintaining petty cash
  • Monthly credit card reconciliations
  • Support across all AP

Profile

The Senior Accounts Payable Officer will have:

  • Confidence on the phone
  • Good mathematical ability
  • Accuracy
  • AAT or relevant experience
