As an Associate Producer at TT Games you will be an integral part of the Production group on a AAA multi-platform console game.
Reporting to a Producer or Senior Producer, you will support all aspects of development, including scheduling, organising, and tracking work.
Working within a multidisciplinary development team, you will be analytical and rigorous; a clear communicator, and an excellent listener.Main Responsibilities:
- Working with the team to identify and specify work.
- Authoring and maintaining schedules.
- Reporting challenges/risks to senior Production staff, and taking proactive steps where possible to solve problems in the best interests of the project.
- Maintaining the JIRA database to ensure all data is in the correct location and has the correct classification/priority.
- Attending meetings and reviews, taking concise and comprehensive notes, and ensuring action points are followed up.
- Working with QA to ensure any testing requirements are covered.
- Building and tagging versions of the project.
- Undertaking relevant onthejob training to develop your skills further.
Skills / Qualifications:
- Proven ability to deliver high quality work to strict deadlines.
- Highly organised and proactive, with excellent communication skills.
- Practical and methodical approach to problem solving.
- Good understanding of inhouse tools, processes and software used in games development.
- Resilience and the ability to support others positively through change.
- Project management experience advantageous.
- Experience working within a video games development Production role advantageous.
