Our client, a national consultancy and standards institute are going through a period of growth and change and are looking to hire a Change Manager on a 6-month rolling contract basis.

Change Managers are an integral part of successful business transformationworking with leadership to embed change to the operating model and key capabilities.

You will shape and deliver change management interventions across one or more transformation programmes within one or more business areas, from stakeholder analysis though to adoption measures.

We are looking for a highly driven, adaptable, and passionate business change expert who is focused on delivering business outcomes.


Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:


  • Prepare stakeholder and audience analysis including refinement or creation of personas
  • Facilitate change management sessions with the business to identify change management requirements and execute change impact assessments
  • Plan, manage and monitor the implementation of changes including training and communication plans
  • Execute business readiness assessments ensuring the business is in a place to adopt change successfully
  • Develop a set of actionable and targeted change management plans and deliverables and integrate change management activities
  • Support the identification and design of adoption metrics to ensure the change is successfully embedded.
  • Ability to handle multiple stakeholders at different levels of the organisation and overcome existing mindsets and assumptions
  • Deliver documentation to an exceptionally high standard e.g. workstream plans, status update reports, change requirements where required
Internal

  • Input learnings into the Change Management Capability and Toolkit
  • Create networks and leverage existing networks to embed change
  • Provide appropriate updates to key stakeholders, escalating as necessary
  • Able to manage project deliverables as part ofteam on larger projects
  • PROSCI Practitioner / APMG Change Practitioner certification an advantage

  • Lead Change Manager, Change Managers, Programme Portfolio Director, Corporate Development Director
  • Programme sponsors and Accountable Executives, as appropriate
  • Business and Functional Leads, as appropriate
  • Key Stakeholders across Streams, Sectors and Corporate Functions, as appropriate
  • Project / Programme Managers and Programme Delivery teams
