The objective of this EU Global Accounts Manager role is to operate as a point of contact for assigned accounts, developing and maintaining long-term relationships.
Manage projects, working to carry out client goals while meeting company objectivesCommunicate client needs and demands to management
Execute and monitor projects, ensuring key milestones are achieved on time
Project Development / Management
Develop new projects and products for existing and new customers
Generate sales among major EU client accounts, including cross-selling
Execute and monitor projects, ensuring key milestones are achieved on time
Full service:
Coordinate and manage projects from briefing over artwork and material
Support local Sales team to grow global projects.
Create Sales and Order Reports and collaborate with production sites
Maintain records of samples and documents for assigned accounts
Provides assistance to production sites with regards to stock management
Account/Project management experience, preferably in the packaging sector
Fluent English and French language skills
Excellent planning and management skills
IT literate (MS Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, TEAMS, the
Driving license and willingness to travel (occasionally in EU and exceptionally globally)
There will also be the possibility to work from home 2 days a week.
