    THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOUWe are seeking an experienced Middleweight Motion Designer who can deliver content to global territories worldwide.

    Ideally with at least 3 years industry experience we are looking for Middleweight Motion Designer who can deliver solutions and wants to accelerate their career in an expanding team.

    THE ROLEWe are seeking a Middleweight Motion Designer to work within our localisation department specialising in the delivery of short form content for a Global audience.

    The role will utilise your existing post production experience to produce content for these worldwide campaign launches which involves high end motion graphics as well as the foreign language re-versioning of content for international distribution.

    In this role you will;Collaborating with the team to ensure consistency of guidelines and supporting each other when any issues ariseEnsure that the assets and projects are organised and built efficiently to improve the workflow and both production and render time required to do the workEnsuring that DMS internal production procedures are being adhered to by the teamContinual review of workflows to ensure they are as efficient as possibleKeeping the GFX Checklists updated and handing over to the LA Lates Supervisor if applicableCommunicating with other technical departments such as Tech, Audio, and QC and making sure that the relevant teams are aware of the urgency of jobsFilling out the efficiencies report each week in detail with issues you've come across on CETA etcUtilising the monthly QC score to identify gaps in staff trainingActing as a point of contact in GFX if anyone from the team or another department has questionsHelping the Seniors train new starters and having recurrent catch ups with the Coordinator to report progressHelping the Seniors tackle special projects, such as the Ingests or Generic GraphicsActing as second in command for the Seniors if the Senior in charge of an account needs helpRequirementsSolid understanding of After Effects and Cinema 4D with an interest in becoming expertKeen problem-solving abilitiesExcellent organisational skillsSpeaking out and taking the leadTaking initiative to bring ideas to the tableExcel in cross-department communicationDedication and care about the team's progress and efficiencyAbility to work at speed during periods of high urgency
