To lead the Sales and Operations Planning process & to monitor performanceTo lead cross-functional teams, including sales, production, and finance, to ensure that S&OP plans are aligned with business objectives To ensure the development and deployment of tools to support the S&OP processTo prepare and lead: the demand meetings per market, the monthly pre-executive meeting & the monthly executive S&OP meetings & ensure key outputs from S&OP process are provided to internal and external stakeholders for execution.

To lead the weekly "volume review" and S&OP governance meetings To ensure the right asset recoveryTo contribute to Continuous Improvement workshops which are identified through the S&OP process, or have an impact on the S&OP processExperience working in Supply Chain

• Operations, preferably 3 +yearsFluency in EnglishSolid experience of OperationsKnowledge of ERP/ Demand planningStrong knowledge of Supply Chain processesKnowledge of Power BIGreat communication skills and ability to have a tailored approach with Production as well as to SalesGreat ability to move from a global vision to a detailed visionGreat ability to lead and implement change: Leadership, influence, communication This recruitment is handled by our internal recruitment team.
