SOUTHERN TRUST ETHNIC MINORITIES STAFF NETWORK
The Southern HSC Trust is an inclusive organisation, inclusive of different races, ethnicity and cultural backgrounds. We believe that every employee should have the opportunity to flourish and reach their full potential without fear of discrimination or prejudice.
As part of this commitment to diversity and inclusion we have established a Staff Support Network to support our ethnic minority colleagues (this would include international doctors and nurses). We would encourage all staff who self-identify as a member of an ethnic minority group to join.
