An exciting post has arisen to co-ordinate the off duty roster for staff working in Nevill Hall Hospital, covering Nevill Hall Hospital and Ysbyty Ystrad Fawr.


The post holder will be responsible for ensuring all roster changes are updated in a timely manner to support the service requirement.

The role requires a full understanding of the system from set-up, running rotas, ensuring annual leave, study leave and sickness absence is incorporated into the process thereby ensuring the efficient and effective staffing on the wards.


The post holder will provide up to date management of the rotas across the allocated ward ensuring work is evenly distributed, accurate and timely, as well as policy compliant.
