    Job Title: Newly Qualified Solicitor in Contentious Probate at a Well-established Law Firm

    Are you a newly or recently qualified solicitor with an interest in Contentious Probate work?

    My client is a well-established law firm recommended for its work in this challenging area of law. An opportunity has arisen for a NQ – 3 year qualified solicitor to join this very busy team.

    • You will take on your caseload of work including cases related to all types of contentious probate and trusts, Inheritance Act claims, and cohabitation disputes.
    • The firm will also encourage you to seek ACTAPS accreditation.
    • You will assist a partner on more complex disputes, while building relationships with clients and driving business development.
    • Direct supervision will be provided by a partner in the team to support your knowledge and skills development.
