Hybrid working, when you have to come to site you'll be based at our Sheffield Contact Centre

Permanent

Full time 37.5 hours per week including weekends

£20,182 + benefits

As a Customer Service Advisor in our CEO team, you'll be part of a great team who handle high level complaints mainly relating to Currys or ID Mobile, that come from our Chief Executive Office.

Every contact requires you to be a brand ambassador and to deliver an exceptional service.


As part of this role, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing high level complaints to mitigate any brand risk
  • Delivering exceptional customer service, placing the customer at the heat of everything you do

You will need:


  • Excellent written skills.
  • Outstanding verbal, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • To be 100% focused on customer delight for internal and external customers.
  • Complaint resolution skills
