Residential Property Solicitor (new build), London, £50-£60k DOE, hybrid working, flex hours, generous leave allowance ++

They are looking for a dedicated and self-motivated Solicitor who is looking to further their career in residential property. They offer a career pathway and support to achieve this.

The Role:

You will be working with excellent clients and an experienced team, and property transactions including:

• Sales and purchase of various types of properties
• Remortgages including equity release.
• New build matters
• Transfers of equity
• Property investment and buy to let.

What they are looking for:

• Solicitor with circa 1 -3 years PQE
• Must have New build experience
• Have broad experience across various Residential conveyancing matters.
• A keen interest in business development and networking with the team.
