    Requirements


    • Proven experience of 10 years managing complex technical projects in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.


    • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence without authority.


    • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.


    • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, anticipate challenges, and develop effective solutions.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decisionmaking.


    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.


    • Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or similar software.


    • PMP, Agile, or Scrum Master certification is a plus
