  • Overseeing the daily route planning of general work to ensure successful completion of all deliveries and collection, ensuring customer expectations are constantly met.
  • Monitoring work booked via the Palletways & FM3 systems and work closely with your team to ensure vehicles are assigned to general freight and prioritized
  • Planning loads and routes that are commercially beneficial over the 2 divisions of Containers and General Haulage.
  • Act as the first point of escalation, dealing with daily issues from customers, Palletways and drivers.
  • Managing drivers and monitoring their performance, advising, and reporting to transport manager.
  • Reporting accidents, and dealing with insurance companies and other parties to manage claims.
  • Other relevant Ad-Hoc duties will be required to suit the business needs.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£28,000.00-£31,000.00 per year
