About The Role:

Are you a positive, hardworking person with excellent attention to detail? Then we are looking for you.


As the face of the company you will be responsible for meeting and greeting our clients in a friendly professional manner, liaising with the catering service provider, contract administration, travel administration, office supply ordering, answering telephones, arranging meetings,, and other general administration duties.

Working within the front of house team and as part of the wider administration team your tasks will vary day by day and you will be given the opportunity to develop new skills such as working with internal communications and minuting facilities meetings


About You:


Your will have:

  • Experience in a reception or client facing role
  • Pleasant, professional and an effective communicator with a good telephone manner and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Qualifications: A-Levels minimum
  • Ability to take on administrative tasks effectively and efficiently, adept at multitasking
  • Methodical with excellent organisation skills
  • Accurate typing and computer literacy skills e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Excellent attention to detail
