About The Role:
Are you a positive, hardworking person with excellent attention to detail? Then we are looking for you.
As the face of the company you will be responsible for meeting and greeting our clients in a friendly professional manner, liaising with the catering service provider, contract administration, travel administration, office supply ordering, answering telephones, arranging meetings,, and other general administration duties.
About You:
Your will have:
- Experience in a reception or client facing role
- Pleasant, professional and an effective communicator with a good telephone manner and excellent interpersonal skills
- Qualifications: A-Levels minimum
- Ability to take on administrative tasks effectively and efficiently, adept at multitasking
- Methodical with excellent organisation skills
- Accurate typing and computer literacy skills e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Excellent attention to detail
