- Actively seeking, identifying and converting new business opportunities with a particular focus on securing new logo clients.
- Regularly attending external events such as networking events, conferences, and trade shows to actively promote the company and secure new clients.
- Maintaining effective communication with the client, ensuring effective and seamless handover to the account manager.
- Undertaking outbound prospecting work through telephone, email, and other means to secure and convert leads where possible.
- Taking accountability for individual sales performance, measuring against key performance indicators (KPIs), milestones and revenue objectives, reporting regularly on progress and projections.
- Extensive experience in a business development role is essential.
- Experience or knowledge of cyber security and the products and services within 3B Data Security's portfolio would be a distinct advantage.
- Proven track record of meeting KPIs and targets.
- You must have excellent communication skills and be customer focused.
- You will be self-motivated and be able to work autonomously.
- Due to the nature of the role, ideally you would have your own transport and be able to travel nationwide when required.

Description
The salary for this role is £35,000 upwards, plus commission.
3B Data Security are looking for a skilled and experienced Business Development Manager who will make an impact on securing new clients for our growing business across our range of cyber security services. The focus of this role will be on finding new clients across the spectrum from SMEs through to FTSE 100 companies, primarily in the UK and Ireland but also internationally.
