    Harmonic operations partner exclusively again with an outstanding, London based, rapidly scaling full-service agency, on their search for a new Senior Account Director.

    The agency has a host of opportunities within, constant big budgets to work with huge accounts and work collaboratively within the team.

    You will take the lead on their prestigious flagship account, leading a team that brings in 70% of the agency's revenue, managing some of the most key relationships in the agency alongside the Head of Client Services.

    The agency is open to experienced Account Directors who have strong B2B agency backgrounds, who have worked on multi million pound accounts/ blue-chip clients previously.

    Leading on the flagship account, delivering a range of tough and challenging projects with client teams based globally.
    Strong digital ability, working closely with the client understanding their business challenges across both product and brand marketing.

    Driving account growth and profitability across the account you lead on but also building out new business and growing the agency through those accounts.

    Experience working with project managers and producers, managing end-toend delivery on projects.

    Must understand marketing landscape, strong understanding of digital media and practises across media channels from emails to paid media and social media case studies.

    Able to use your knowledge to talk with VP's and senior stakeholders in a consultative manner, turning problems into project briefs and taking responsibility for its creative and strategic direction.

    At least 3+ years as an Account Director or above
    ~ Experience advertising/ digital marketing experience from a creative agency background
    ~ A digital expert that can work across multiple digital channels producing a variety of content.
    ~ The attitude to act as a creative ally to the senior creative leads.
    ~ In depth understanding and knowledge of your client's business, and participation in long-term business planning.
