- Grasp and implement the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) principles.
- Bring enthusiasm to all aspects of childcare and developmental practices.
- Previously worked as a Nursery Practitioner or in a similar role.
- Hold a Level 2 Childcare Diploma, ideally possess Level 3.
- At least 2-years recent experience in a Nursery setting or in EYFS education sector.
- Familiarity with the Ofsted inspection framework.
