Interim Finance Manager | Hybrid Working | Wakefield | £275 - £350 per day

Castlefield Recruitment are working with a manufacturing business that are looking for an interim Finance Manager to join their team for a 6-month contract.

You'll hold responsibility for the development of a team that that has been recruited recently.

You will also hold responsibility for a wholesale review of management reporting procedure and measures, working closely with the Finance Director to improve information supplied to the board.

The role will be recruited permanently, so if you are looking for a potential permanent role they would be interested in a temp-to-perm arrangement.

Duties will include:

Preparation and review of management information, including management accounts, forecasts and budgets
Presentation of management accounts to the board
Maintain an effective and efficient control environment that meets the needs of the business, while ensuring risks are identified and mitigated
Maintain a thorough understanding of the new system
Undertake data interrogation analysis and reviews
Develop strong working relationships with sales and operations team

Person:

ACA/CIMA/ACCA qualified accountant with experience with experience within a financial leadership role
Excellent MS Excel capabilities, with experience on Pivot Tables and Vlookups and managing large datasets
Manufacturing experience is preferred but not essential
Excellent system and excel skills
