Hybrid working between Ansty Business Park, Coventry & Home

The opportunity:


Within the MOBS Asset Data Support role you will be responsible for ensuring all MI relating to Multiple Occupancy Buildings (MOBS) activities across West Midlands are provided into the operational teams.

This will support delivery of work stacks as part of the RIIO commitments.


Key accountabilities:


  • Responsible for ensuring records of completed works are accurately captured within our core systems on a daily basis
  • Provide administrative support and assistance as required to maintain an efficient and effective service that contributes to the achievement of the MOBS departmental objectives
  • Support the training of staff where appropriate to ensure consistency of approach and compliance with standard processes and procedures
  • Compile, maintain, evolve and implement management information trackers as necessary to inform the control of productivity and delivery progress such as MOBs surveys (MRB, HRB, CDS), Follow on works activities

What You'll Bring

  • Experience of delivering work in relation to multioccupancy buildings
  • Competent in the uses of standard Microsoft and other standard desktop Packages
  • Ability to use a variety of Microsoft computer systems
  • Good communication skills and a demonstrable ability to interface with stakeholders internally and externally including dealing with customer enquires
  • Excellent time management and ability to prioritise workload to meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to work efficiently alone and as part of a team
  • Identify and escalate any discrepancies to the Customer Operations lead where required

What you'll bring

  • Valid UK Driving Licence

Desirable:


  • Knowledge of geospatial information management and systems, e.g., ESRI, SAPIW49N, ARCGIS123
