Description

South London based company with diverse business interests including property, are looking to recruit a part qualified accountant to cover for maternity leave.


  • Expenditure Analysis
  • Management and control company expenses
  • Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
  • Bank reconciliations and presentation of banking reports
  • Assist with journal preparation for management accounts
  • Record depreciation and cost information for the property portfolio
  • Work closely with transaction teams, management and financial accounts and assist as necessary
  • Develop various spreadsheet models and analytical reports
Required skillset

  • First class communication skills
  • Team player
  • Strong level of Excel and other Microsoft products
  • Experience of statutory accounting processes
  • Some knowledge of treasury processes
