    Interim Payroll Lead (Inside IR35)


    Duration: 6 monthsCentral LondonDay rate: £ DOENetwork HR are working exclusively with a small but geographically complex financial services firm who are looking for an Interim Payroll Lead to add some firepower to a payroll centralisation project, based from their London head office.

    This critical appointment will focus on centralising payroll from a myriad of vendors onto one platform. The business operates globally and currently operate across 16 countries with 13 offices.

    This is a complex transformation project, and the ideal candidate will have a sound understanding of what is required for this type of project.

    This role will also require excellent stakeholder management.


    Other responsibilities will include:


    Acting as a subject matter expert, you will guide the business on payroll changes and how they may affect operationsCreate and implement robust payroll processes and procedures.

    Collaborate with the HR Director to monitor activity on aspects of Global Mobility, Company Share plans, Payroll, and pensionsProvide support and advice on payroll queriesAddress and resolve service concerns with current providersEvaluate and update internal processes - calendars, approvals etc...Plan and execute future implementationsAddress and resolve payslip challenges globally.

    Work with Treasury function on banking transformation and its impact on payrollWork with Treasury and Finance to ensure reporting on payroll deliveryEnsure full systems and process documentation updated to required standardWork with the HR team to ensure they are consulted and understand proposed changesEnsure full and thorough handover to take project through to BAU stateThe successful candidate will hold the below experience and knowledge;Change and transformation experience in centralising or de centralising a global payroll function.
